Sex Offender Tops Most Wanted List U.S. marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives, NBC 4's Mike Jackson reported. EDITOR'S NOTE: The below list is current as of June 24, 2006 No. 1 – Martai Burns
Martai Burns, 30, failed to register as a sex offender with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. He was originally charged with gross sexual imposition of a minor.
Marshals said Burns is 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds.
No. 2 – Lisa Birtcher
Lisa Birtcher, 32, is wanted for violating her parole. She was originally charged with burglary.
She is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.
No. 3 – Craig Montgomery
Craig Montgomery, 23, is wanted for escaping from the Halfway House. He was charged with cocaine distribution.
Marshals said Montgomery is 6 feet tall and weighs 145 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
No. 4 – Kevin Fortune
Kevin Fortune, 24, is wanted for aggravated burglary.
Fortune is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
