Miahs side of being abducted twice in Ohio
CASOO attended Randy Dillions
arraignment in Zanesville, Oh.
Dillion, 44, was emotionless to
the fact he was in serious trouble
over the charges against him.
He waved at his now girlfriend
and mother occasionally he did
do a stare at Miahs mom.
Her demeanor was broken and
heart felt among the court room.
She had to learn about the way
Miah was treated by WHIZ NEWS
releasing the information before
she knew about Dillions charges
or what her child had been through.
Children Services wasted along with
other officials valuable time that in
the end could have cost Miah her life.
They made Miahs mother the perp and
not the other way it should have been.
No Amber Alert issued. But they did interigate
Miahs mother and denied Miah or mom
to be near each other during the investigation.
Just over stepping their bounds yet again.
Maybe this is why Marcus isn't really here.
Because he was as other children are a puppet
with in the system. Whos only a lost statistic
that slipped through the crack.
Thats how Miahs case was from the begining.
FBI also wasted valuable time here in Ohio
on Miahs abduction investigation by chasing
up a dead tree with wild imagination and
nothing more.
Unsubstantial means just that. Yet this
mother is being told who can visit and who
can't. Her own Juvenile Lawyer did not show
up for the hearing yeaterday either.
Everything from the jump was done wrong.
And the grade for this in Ohio will come later.
Thank God Miahs home now and safe.
This is just one case where children
have been taken without appropriate
cause.
Fire fighters and others are saying,
"Its about time someone did this."
CASOO Safe Zone has grown again.
This time we are in Zanesville, Ohio.
And some are mad about this. But
then they can't rule what we will do.
After all we're the Survivors.
11 blocks will be marched on.
The message is this for the children
you the prostitutes and drug dealers.
You can't have our streets any longer.
So get out of our neighborhood..
Miahs world and others are about to take
a major change on their streets. Everyone
will soon be watching all of you.
And that means what already is taking effect
may not be working for you when trying to
keep things a secret.
Dealers are meeting now on Ridge to deliver.
But don't worry Dealers, "We are already there
now to watching you."
Oh and thanks for keeping us hopping.
But bottom line is this boys and girls.
We won't and don't plan to quit. So it looks
like ah you'll have to leave.
Heck boys our streets aren't your gutters.
There our childrens play ground. And well
with you here they can't do it for the Hookers
and you the Dealers leaving the area in such
a dangerous place for them to get hurt.
Fools don't you know it only will bring yet one
more death?

on October1,2007.
Tonya as she stood yesterday after
our interveiw was told by an officer
the date was changed.
So as an Advocate I told her to confirm
and gave her my cell phone. And it had
not been post-poned.
Now prior to that there was a hearing they
(meaning her childs lawyer Prosecutor
Welchs Office) failed to notify Tonya on;
claiming it bore no relevance. How is that?
So heres my message to you in that office.
Do your JOBS and NOTIFY of COURT DATES
thank you.
Now she hasn't until yesterday given a inter-
veiw but she did yesterday and not with our
local station but yet anothers from far away
PBS to be exact; oh and she told of WHIZ and
its unfairness towards her the childs innocent
mother(Guitly before Innocent).
We thank her for gaining back some of her courage
and self-esteem. Shes traveled a long hard road
with her children towards recovery.
Her neighbor who she thought was her friend turned
out to be the OPPOSITE. That neighbor also got turned
away from joining CASOO for more than just this 1
incident. Violence we don't TOLERATE towards ours
that are SURVIVORS!
Miahs doing great and wow how shes growing to be
a perfect flower of a child now that shes back home
and safe.
Lori and Elaine are doing good now that Miahs home
for good. And will be staying with us at CASOO for
learning more Interventions Skills. And that we are
so proud of.
I felt bitter sweet when notified by one sister she was
the only one to not have lost that Innocence out of 6
females. Bitter becuase so many. Sweet becuase she
knew how precious that meant to us the SURVIVORS
she is still in tact. Now we pray to keep it that way.
This our update on how Miahs doihng and the case.
Tonya she will do good when it comes to getting
on the stand. Shes stronger now than she was
March 13, 2007 when Miah first went missing from
her home while asleep.
I'll post on the trial as it happens each day in Dillions
case when it begins.
Last week Randy Dillion sat in a courtroom of
his peers from Muskingum County.
Unlike the trial before CASOO did not attend
this last one due to confliction of trial dates
for others made previous to this date.
As the year has grown on for Miahs case we
voiced loudly for her and only her though.
Her abductor, rapist, and attemted murder
was found guilty after a two hour deliberation.
And although this case ended with that verdict
of guilty by those peers Miah still has a long road
for recovery of what has happened to her.
Dillions lawyer who caused him a mistrial at the
first trial represented him a second time for this
trial. And all he didfor defense was called two
witnesses after the prosecution rested to refute
Dillion had been in the home more than what Miahs
mother testified to.
That did not help his clients case.
Between Forensics and BCI this case was solid
on Dillion having been the one who harmed and
abducted Miah.
And in the end Justice will in 4-6 weeks be served
to Dillion for his actions towards this child.
For CASOO it will mean that we now go to the State
House and see others who can help make it tougher
for the next Miah abduction in Ohio not too happen.
