Clow has one criminal conviction of gross sexual imposition. This conviction stems from an incident that occurred in Lewis County, Washington, in 2001.
The victim of the gross sexual imposition was 11 at the time.
Pursuant to North Dakota Century Cod 12.1-32-15, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office is notifying residents of this moderate risk sex offender who is residing in Richland County.
This notification also gives the public the opportunity to discuss with their families ways they can make themselves safer. Illegal activities against a sex offender will not be tolerated.
