Next Unveiling of Memorial Dates
At this time CASOO has presented three counties and two others are interested. The third has not been unveiled yet. History breaking moment for SURVIVORS happened on July 12, 2007 this year when CASOO decided to place Survivors Footsteps in all 88 counties in Ohio. Our second happened on August 31 at noon with Judge Joseph present, Mayor Zwelling, Safety Director Brandford, Amy the Sec for Mayors office(and a wonderful help), my girl Janie from Response, Court Advocate Dee, Tiffeny Wilson, Brittani McVay, Lee Moore, WHIZ News, and L. Wilson. On September 11th we recieved a call from a PBS Producer and excepted to do an interview Miah Beatteys mother Tonya Alexander was at this interview and spoke on behalf of our good efforts to help her and the children, my niece Brittani McVay attended and spoke on her un- resolved rape, along with myself and Karen Huffman with PBS it was aired that evening. We have prior to that spoken with Miami County and they registered to this site a SAS. We want to thank you for your interest in erecting a memorial. At this time we are working on two locations GIAPOOHS and Licking County. All pieces are different for each community they are placed in and are beautifully hand done. At this time we have two candle light bigils planned before Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October. Contact us and we will give you the dates and times. Tomorrow we will be unveiling for Newarks Afflicted a Memorial that I hope does JUSTICE for those left SUFFERING. I'll be ROARING for children like Bethany and Jayden Hoberg. And pray I do it right when using my ROAR. I know its going too be emotional her dads agreed to come and I think thats awesome of him to come and do. He's really a great guy and I know shes hugging him tight. Tonya will be there for this one with her family as well. Miahs doing great with being back home. As usual we have invited others like Angels in Action, Judges, those who work with children and we want to say THANK YOU Kelly at Mayor Baines Office along with Mr. Prince for putting your efforts into this with us at CASOO. A special thanks goes out too Austin he picked this 1. This Memorials unveiling will be our last this year. But come the first good sign of weather we'll be starting again with our unveilings for Awareness. So please call us to get this memorial in place next year who knows historically you could be the first for that up coming year to unveil like Coshocton is this year in 2007. Or even the last to be unveiled for 2008. There'll be a candle light vigil October 30th at 7 in all three counties that has this memorial. So we want to THANK YOU who ar ehelping us with that as well. Newark, Ohio will be Bethaneys dad and others lighting bags for this cause of awareness will also be helping us ROAR that night as well. Here in Coshocton I'll be lighting with others those candles as well at the same time as the other two so if your near by please come and attend a candle you light will be the never ending sign another voice was not silenced but carried by another surviving. This year we will unveil in these areas first for Ohios Project Dedicate: Susie Chrismans location from Parents of Murdered Children whose son was killed after he reported a man named Andy was violating children sexually in young age is excepting our first memorial this year. She and her husband have been great supporters for us here at CASOO. SAS Ms. Priddy will be having our second one unveiled in her area. The fourth one this year will be in New Philadelphia where Congressman Space ran for office from.
