25 year-old Eric Bates left an infant child in a vehicle at the scene of an accident. Mr. Bates of Zanesville,Ohio was intoxicated when he fled the accident that happened. He is now looking at 1 year in prison, with the count of child endangerment, gee I hope Judge Cottrill get's this case. Mr. Bates' was also charged with fleeing the scene of an accident and D.U.I. Hope he has a real bad head ache and learned his lesson, if you know what I mean.
