Oh Foley Look At who You Failed
I'm sure most of us on this site are very angry at this subject, but none the less I have to hit on the topic. As a survivor and spokes person against sexual crimes comitted, I am disheartened to find that some in the political field who have helped with our move for change played to the end with confusing us about who and what thier real intention was at best where children were concerned. While Foley played a role violating trust that was instilled by us the survivors, we must also realize that he now gets the chance to see if what has been instilled to law will effect him. And like most sexual violators or corrupt politicians, he chose the simpathy wagon of blaming his actions on booze. Its what they all do. But reality is Foley knew if caught for his actions, there would always be his words to haunt him, and it really had nothing to do with the booze! I contend that Foley could not even look the real picture in the eye, like so many tend to do, and that is he is a predator who will go to any lengths to fullfill sexual desire of innocence not yet lost, and that the very laws he helped make should be used to the fullest extent in throwing him under the jail and not in it. Members lets write Mr. Bush and use what we have our voice as a survivors and help Foley see where, what, and why the system nor children should have been violated by him. I beleive it will help in getting justice for him and get him to see the real picture all along should have been the opposite of what he has now been proven to have done. I feel no sorrow for Foley or anyone else that knew this type of activity was even happening to young pages, and believe they all should be made to pay for thier actions right along with Foley, after all they were enablers for criminal actions to continue by Foley. And had something been done in the legal section of the law as required, then Foley by now would be in prison and not rehab.
