Sex Offender Tops Most-Wanted List Sunday, Jul 27, 2008 - 09:47 AM By Denise Yost E-mail | Biography COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The U.S. Marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and are looking for tips that lead to their arrests, NBC 4's Marcus Thorpe reported. EDITOR'S NOTE: This list is current as of Sunday, July 27, 2008. No. 1 – David Canter Canter, 28, was wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. He was described as a white man who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair. No. 2 – Bryan Smith Smith, 22, was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. He was described as a black man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. If you have any information about these fugitives, call the U.S. Marshals Service at 614-469-5540. All tips are anonymous, and there are rewards available.
