OHIO's Grade Card From CASOO
To me the State of Ohio is a weakling when it come's to prevention of SOOand CSV's. Oh the one's elected want you to think they are doing what was promised, before that big vote that got them in was cast. I shook Stricklands hand, even spoke with Zack Space. And as a voter who has Real Union Members that casted thier vote Ted and Zacks way in my family all we can say is this. It's time to Put up and excuse my wording; Shut up where Sexual Offender/ Predators are concerned. Place into effect Law's that will protect children violated, and while placing that law into effect; find a way to help not revictimize the child who by the way the System did and continues to do today. Children violated at age five, do not know by age eleven they aren't supposed to act the way they do sexually. I truely believe that children who offend are acting on what happened to them, and maybe confusing it as normal behavior during puberty because of the SECRET no-one want's known. The neighbor ask's, " How is he or she", and" I hope he wasn't you know?" And the parent say's, " Oh no he was spared of that, and returned unharmed." Here's where it begins' for all victims', and even for the ones' who grow up to be the very person they despised the violator themselves, all because it had to remain a SECRET! It's why they keep coming at a large number, it's all been a Dirty Little Secret; kept locked deep away inside and out! An Adult know's right from wrong, Children do you know learn from us the role model. And I hate to say this, but alot of parent's want the child that was snatched returned and all go to being normal like it never happened. Hello FOLK's it happened and should have been dealt with not buried like truely happens'. I know the feeling of filth left by the offender, I know the longing to be the untouched in a sooo very violent way as these two children, and many other's in today's society. I never violated nor acted out what happened, I closed my eye's and refused the dish dealt to me, each and every time it happened!! I was once in those same shoe's children of today walk in. And it wasn't pretty back then, just like it sure isn't any prettier today either. Ohio FOLK's really is not Safe for Children to Live. Your child has more chance of being violated in my State, than in Iowa, or let's say Kentucky oh that's right they believe in CHILDREN First and then the Sexual Offender/Predator LAST!! The Pedophile win's all the way around People when we start convicting the actual victims' we instilled laws' to protect; we ourselves are re- inventing a worse kind of SOO, because they get to learn from one's that made them. And I challenge anyone to say other wise when it come's to Broken Innocence counting on our Justice to be Dished Fairly to the one's who Lost Innocence First !!
