Petkoudes sentenced after years on the run Coshocton
Petkoudes, 43, was sentenced
in Coshocton Common Pleas
Court this week.
She will serve six months in
prison for abducting her child
and running out of the country
to Germany, where she spent
raising her child.
She told the judge all she was
trying to do was be a good
mother, and that she now saw
what she had done was wrong.
She has continued visiting with
the child since thier return to Us
soil, aftre she asked for help in
getting returned to this country.
Thats when officials located her
and the child for the first time
in years scince they left the
US.
