Next month two men will go before Ohios Parole Board our goal keep them where they are. In 1988 George B Carpenter was sentenced on two counts of 1st degree felony Rape and two 3rd degree Gross Sexual Impositions. A jury deliberated 1 and 1/2 hours before finding him guilty of violating two 10 year old children both females. He currently is in Chillicothe Correctional with inmate number A207533. Our second man coming up for his hearing of parople is James P Cozart of Nobel Correctional with number A339675. Mr. Cozart entered in July of 1996 guilty pleas to two 1st degree counts felony rape charges involving a male child under the age of 13. He was sentenced in 1997 to 25 years. Please write a letter to help keep them where children will not be subjected to violation. Ask the Board to keep them longer!
