Police seek family of man found dead Staff report Posted October 3 2006 Delray Beach police are seeking the public's assistance in finding family members of a man who was found dead Friday afternoon. Tony Mitchell, 63, was found behind an abandoned home in the first block of Northwest Seventh Avenue about 5 p.m. Detectives have been unable to find any of his relatives, said police spokesman Jeff Messer. Mitchell is believed to have been homeless.
