Prosecutor recommends 15 years for Zanesville man
Michael Webb of Zanesville, Ohio plead guily to three counts of sexual battery to a minor. Prosecution had enough evidence on Webb that if the case would have went to trial he would have been convicted by a jury. The assaults took place in December of 2004, January of 2004, and in the month of September of 2006. Webb is currently awaiting a hearing to be classified as a Sexual Offender.
