Raymond man to serve 4 years for sex crimes
Mr. Joseph Melvin Morgan of Marion County was found guilty of gross sexual imposition. Mr. Marion worked for Marion County Soil and Water Con- servation District. He was indicted on three counts of gross sexual imposition that occured in November of 2001 and December 31, 2002 involving an 11 year-old girl. The victim has turned sixteen and is known as Morgan. He will have to register for five years after his release as a sexually oriented offender upon his release.
