Level 3 sex offender living in downtown GF Grand Forks Herald Published Monday, December 15, 2008 The Grand Forks Police Department announced Monday that a Level 3 sex offender recently was released from the Grand Forks County Correctional Center and is living in downtown Grand Forks. Ryan R. Corman, 49, currently resides at 312 N. 5th St. No. 2. Corman was convicted in both 1987 and 1988 for child molestation and in 2008 for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
