Mandan authorities want you to know about a sex offender who has move into town. 23-year-old Samuel Garfield was convicted in 2005 of promoting obscenity with a minor in Burleigh County.
The victims were 16 and 15 years old. Garfield was released from incarceration on January 13.
He's a moderate risk sex offender living at 100 6th Avenue SE in Mandan.
Authorities are required by law to let you know of sex offenders' addresses.
