Scott C.L. Johnson, 49, reported his address as 300 E. Logan St., Lot 15, on Sept. 6, the State Patrol stated in a press release issued Tuesday. Johnson is a white man who is 6 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds and had brown hair and hazel eyes.
