Second person arrested in Jessie Davis Murder Canton, Ohio
After searching for her for days Jessies family was greated with devestating news she would not be returning home alive. Her death has left a hole deeper than any her family has ever thought of or known. She leaves behind her mother, siblings, and child. Her life snatched away by her alleged unborn childs father. As evidence now clearly shows he is or played a role in her disappearance and death. Today he will be arraigned for two counts of murder. His alleged accomplice was arrested earlier this morning. Ms. Ferrell had her home searched and items removed. Those items were bleach and other various material of importance to the case. Two families no three have now been left victimized by the horrific crime due to loss of life that took place. A child will forever remember his mother broke a table, was in a rug, and mad as his last memory of her. And that will forever be a scar for life to him. His reality now is that mommies not coming home. And he won't be seeing daddy any more either. That is if evidence holds tight in this case against a former police officer. Maybe this was all an accident. Maybe it wasn't. Maybe it was a crime of passion. But one thing is for certain. The crime has left no-one untouched. Cutts Bond Set Canton Ohio
As her mother sat in the court room you could see she had aged from the last few week's of devestation. She sat on the other side of the glass as former police officer Bobby Cutts entered a not guilty plea. Jessies mom sat silent and listened calmly. Her hand being held by a family member. Bobby Cutts and is accused accomplice have reportedly been friends for years. Local news stations stated that Cutts and Ferrell were more than friends through interviews of friends that know them all. They are scheduled to appear again in Canton Courts July 2, 2007. Ironically that is one day before Jessie was give birth to her daughter now named Chloe. Cutts is being held on a 5 million dollar bond. Ferrells bond is 500,000.00.
