Sex Offender indicted in Newark, Ohio 3rd degree felony
Between January 1 and Feb 15 John Wharton Jr, 23, of 82 S 2nd Street (last known address) was indicted. Mr. Wharton has a problem registering. He has already been convicted once for failing to register. Wharton allegedly failed to register after he was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct w/a minor. This is a third degree felony.
