State Treasurers or Comptrollers The State Comptroller of New York uncovered a major discrepancy. That almost 200 level 3 sex offenders receiving Viagra with their Medicaid free of charge! Well almost free, tax payers are paying for it. I know this has upset many people so I have located a complete list of State Treasurers and Comptrollers. Since this is a very personal issue I won’t be posting a form letter. Not all States have a Comptroller so you can send your email questions to the Treasurers Office. Now you can ask your State Office if you too are paying for Viagra for convicted sex offenders or ask for an investigation to find this out.
