Third time around, not yet released from prison and charged
Robert Wolfe thought he was going to be free, after serving 1 year in prison for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, his second conviction involving the same child. But on his release date he was served with a warrant upon returning to his hometown. And the following week he plea bargained, like a flea deal and got sentenced on another unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Another year is all he will have to serve, but as he sits there the times are doing what should be changing for the one who offends.
