Sex offender in Pasco By Paula Horton, Herald staff writer A Level 3 sex offender has told police he is homeless but living in Pasco. Thomas Christopher Dean, 21, is 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was convicted in 2003 of indecent liberties, and poses a significant threat to the community, Pasco police said. Dean is not wanted by police but is required to tell them where he'll be living.
