Circumstances: Collett was last seen at a construction site or vacant building in Santa Barbara County, California on January 23, 1964. He was wearing a sports shirt, brown corduroy pants and black loafers at the time of his disappearance. Collett has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case. Authorities believe Collett may have been abducted by a non-family member.
Collett is one of five children. His mother never stopped looking for him. She died of cancer in May 2003. Collett's case remains unsolved.
