Two Perry County Men Change Pleas In Sex Charges
Michael J. Johnson was
indicted in June of this
year for unlawful sex
with a teenage male.
Upon appearing in the
Common Pleas Court of
Perry County, Ohio this
week, he changed his
plea to guilty.
He faces 18 mnths and a
$5,00.00 fine if convicted.
Also appearing in court was
Kenneth Pierce, 35, of New
Straightsville, Ohio. He had
originally plead not guily to
charges of sexual battery
and gross imposition of
a teenage female. He
changed his plea to guilty
on five counts of sexual
battery, and three counts
of gross sexual imposition.
If convicted he is looking
at twenty five years and a
$50,000.00 fine.
Both men are currently free from
incarseration until a pre-sentence
investigation is completed, with
orders not to have contact with
thier victims.
