Tyler was 1 yr old when he was abducted from Washington D.C. on July 17, 1999. Tyler's photo is shown age-progressed to 5 years. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Beverly C. Mathura. An FBI Kidnapping warrant was issued for the abductor on October 12, 1999. They may go to Trinidad or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The abductor has a large vaccination scar on her left arm. Tyler has club foot deformity of both feet and is in need of medical attention. They may be using the last name Mathura, Mathura Wright or Matura Wright.
