Registered Sex Offender Sought in Rape of Girl HARRINGTON, Del. (AP) - August 31, 2007 - State police are looking for a registered sex offender accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old Harrington girl. Forty-four-year-old Willie Spruance is charged in a warrant with first-degree unlawful sexual contact, first-degree rape and endangering a child's welfare. Earlier this week, the Division of Family Services told police they'd received reports the girl was sexually assaulted in mid-July. Spruance became a registered sex offender in June of 2002.
