The Benton County Sheriff's Office is looking for a 55-year-old man who failed to register as a sex offender.
Otto Benjamin Clark is white, 5-foot-7, 189 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. His last-known address was in the Walla Walla area.
Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers pays a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest.
