The Fifth Appeals Court has at this time said Judge Evans did illegally release William Cunningham before his sentence was served. He raped a 13 year old girl and had originally been charged with 8 counts of rape, but plead the charges down to four. In November he was released before he began serving his time. It is not known when he will return to prison at this time. However this group is celebrating because we protested publicly on his being released, it was our first debute and covered by the news paper that now censors our writings by deleting our e-mails on issues like this one and the library.
