Licking County Courts Juvenile Judge Hoover is an idiot. I said it right the first time and am not in this or the next life time taking it back. At the age of 11 to become a sexual violator, you first and for most; have to have been violated yourself. You call yourself handing out JUSTICE....... Oh and what is that I'm hearing to the who?? I know you and that dip of a Prosecutor Mark Gardner did not for a minute think that I would let that fall to deaf ears'. Where is this child's JUSTICE, your willing to commit him, but the real picture here is being missed you JERKS'.. Who made this child the VIOLATOR? Hello is that raising any eye brow's folks' on the very issue of preventing residule repeat's of sexual crime's PEOPLE!! There had to have been a sexual contact violent enough and close to the age mark of where this child started his evalution of being an offender sexually. And you two peas' in the pod thought only about getting on to the next case. What looser's you are to the Justice Sytem. He to now need's Justice. But it is highly unlikely you'll get or be at best seeing to it; that his Sexual Offender get's to see how the Justice System is at best really meant to be handed out !!! One thing always comes' to light about my county and Licking, they each have to hold each others' hand in order not to let old oh dog's bones come to light. Your wrong plain wrong in how you handled this case. Where's his JUSTICE, after all he to at one point was the victim. If this kid's family had money, he would be getting the proper help. But since he was a little poor he got the axe.
