Police searching for missing Raleigh woman RALEIGH -- A Silver Alert is in effect for a missing Raleigh woman. Police need help finding 38-year-old Ying Xiong. Xiong is described as an Asian woman standing about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds. She has brown eyes with shoulder length brown hair. Police say Xiong was last seen on Six Forks Road in Raleigh. She was last seen wearing blue sweatpants and a T-shirt. She may be driving a 2002 gray Jeep Cherokee with license plate number PTX-2805.
