His mother has applied for the return of the child under the international civil treaty: The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Race: Hispanic
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Height: 5'10" (178 cm)
Weight: 180 lbs (82 kg)
Timothy was age-progressed to 4 years. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Jaime Trinidad Torres. A felony warrant was issued for the abductor on July 28, 2005. They are believed to have left the country and traveled to Mexico. Timothy is Biracial. He is White and Hispanic. Timothy's nickname is Timmy. The abductor may use the alias name Juan Carlos Avila.
