Circumstances of Disappearance: David's last telephone conversation was made to his family was on 4-13-1994 from Tecopa, CA. David listed a Baker CA address as his residence at that time. His last CA driver's license expired on his birthday, 10-17-1996, and was never renewed. (there were NO state restrictions on his license preventing renewal in CA)
